I'll just be critical and say I usually really enjoy the show, but was a bit disappointed in the Ray interview as there wasn't really any discussion about recruiting strategy and roster/player development which i would have enjoyed hearing over learning which NBA team he liked growing up.

Still glad you guys had him on and enjoyed some of his answers about player discipline and stuff

Totally understand but he's answered that about 20 times when he was hired. We tried to ask questions that have yet to been asked.
