Well that didn’t last long, will they go calling to South Davidson, bigger question if they call will he answer the phone?
Pure speculation on my part, but my guess is the answer is no to both questions. That ship has sailed.
Not sure who the first one is, but the second would surprise me greatly. Doesn’t fit the profile.
Has to do with comments made by school board members, especially prior to their election. Multiple superintendents, the exodus of eleven coaches, the long delay in hiring the last coach and AD, and the hasty process to finally hire those jobs in June of that year. It’s unspoken, but very present.
there is no "profile" thats nothing but a bunch of opinion from folks who dont like the current school board. Remember the past administration were the ones that didnt accept CT, in fact I know CT would be welcomed with open arms by the school board that you claim has a "profile" unfortunately, he probably doesnt want it due to the previous administration.
This may be the last chance for them to get it right. Other wise they may never revive the support they once enjoyed.
Late Night Drama in the ville. A dark knight candidate has risen from the ashes to restore glory to a once proud program. This will make waves in NC HS football.
Garrett Mills was an assistant coach under Coach Doug Robertson. Great guy and good football coach, he is capable of changing the culture at the school. A dream hire for me would be David Hayes. Amazing coach and even better person, but I believe that ship has long sailed not to mention he’s at Uwharrie Charter.
David’s father was my best friend and we were in each other’s weddings. Was at the hospital when David was born. I agree completely about him being a good choice. But you’re probably right about the direction of the ship.

That would be a great hire. I hired that a young and coming up coach from Forsyth County is making a big push in the last hours.
Someone on our football staff that is very very closeto the situation told us something completely different. Sounds like your info is wrong.
I agree, I didn’t keep up with maybe of the candidates this year. We always keep up with Trivett since he got us on the right track. They did really struggle at Salisbury, which was a surprise.
That there isn’t anyone from Forsyth County. Crystal Ball says Trivett. He’s going to bring them back from being a below average program.
Not a jab at anybody in particular, but I find it interesting that the three most likely candidates were collectively 8-25 last year.
