This won't be popular since we just lost another series, but I still think we will win 15-16 games in SEC play.

This is just like last year when everyone freaked out early in the year, but we will be fine. I'm very pissed at our pitching, lack of clutch hitting, and Cohen's dumbass decisions...but I'm still convinced we will pull our heads out of our asses soon.

Call it excuses, but we took 1 from each of our road series, and got beat at home 2 of 3 to a top 3 team in the country. We should have won 3 of the 6 games we've lost. It sucks, and it doesn't help **** to know that, but you can't deny that we 17ed ourselves out of at least 3 wins.

We have 3 very winnable series coming up, and I think these will determine whether we are .500 or above in SEC play this season. We need to win 6 out of 9. Tall order, but we can do it. 2 at home next weekend, 1 at A&M, and sweep Auburn....or any combo. I think we could possible even get 7 of 9.

This **** sucks and many are to blame, but losing 6 games to top 10 teams does not mean we won't finish strong. I was right last year saying this.

i think we finish 15-15 in conference this year....but I don't know if that gets us a host spot. Realistically, we just need to continue getting at least 1 on the road and get 2 at home. Steal 1 extra road game and get 1 sweep at home and we are back on track. It's not nearly as doom and gloom as many act.

It's just the fact that we are beating ourselves that makes it so 17ing frustrating.

Dont confuse this with sunshine pumping, because I'm pissed as hell....but I'm not ready to throw in the towel on a host spot just because we've beaten ourselves against teams with damn near as much or better talent than us. 17 it, we just need to win 2 or sweep against Florida.

I agree with every bit of this.
