Thoughts on Heritage/Brookville

I don't feel Brookville will be able to get enough stops. They can score but honestly believe that Heritage is going to beat them by at least 14.

I'm going Brookville by 3. I think they try to do like glass done and limit heritage to no big runs. Glass has set the blueprint now. I think Brookville showed last week that they can limit a big offence and I think they do it again. Only other team I see beating heritage in the regular season is possibly Amherst.

They will try but it’s a lot more difficult to limit Davis to no big runs than people may think. Heritage by 14+.

I hope he does stay healthy but if he doesn’t, do they have a viable backup in his place? Will they still be the favorite in your opinion? Just curious

I wish Heritage would give their other running back more carries. Giving Davis the ball 25+ carries in the tight games is not ideal. You can at least give Thomas and Moss(slot) 10-15 carries between the two of them. But, Davis is the best player on the field, Maybe with Blake at Qb, they will pass more.

@VolNation85 , I do agree with you in respect to the Heritage v Brookville game. However, I do give credit to @oldfool for bringing back the story of the 1936 Slippery Rock football team. The story was originally written as satire, but gained national attention based on this same theory. The coveted mythical championship that wasn't.
