Why do people think Hud is our savior. There are coaches out there more qualified than him. Mcelwain is a great example. Now I'm in no way saying Mullen should be fired because I don't think he should.... yet. He's earned his right to have a year to coach for his job whenever that year comes. But why are some people dead set on Hud when someone like Mcelwain would jump at the opportunity to come back to the SEC as a HC? Just a thought.

Hud has already been a very successful head coach. 4 times getting to the semifinals of the D2 playoffs at North Alabama, and taking ULL to back-to-back bowls for the first time ever. Big difference between the two.

I don't know if he can recruit or not. I just assumed. I guess I shouldn't assume. But if you look at his résumé it is pretty strong even though it was under Saban. Does 2 NC rings not help recruiting? But my point is there are other guys out there just as qualified. Call me crazy but I still believe we get 6 wins and Mullen stays. At least i hope.
