Thoughts on St.Laurence this year?

The last 8 posts have nothing to do with St. Laurence and everything to do with Naz. Yet another thread hijacked by Naz chatter.

If the former, are you saying that Naz and LT DIDN'T play each other in hoops this past year? Does Naz NOT have roughly 400 boys in the school? Do Naz and Fenwick NOT recruit a lot of the same junior high students? Did I say that Naz DIDN'T have kids from the LT district on their roster?

If the latter, which part of my post, specifically, is not entirely true?

I don't know or care about the rest of this argument but Naz and LT did NOT play in hoops this year or really any other year. I couldn't even tell you the last time these schools matched up and LT and Naz are two schools I know quite a bit about. In fact I can guarantee its been at least 10 years since they've played. Maybe it'll be different now with Sean Pearson and Kenny Williams coaching for Naz. To be honest most programs do not play each other. Whether it's Naz not wanting to play or LT not seeing anything to gain is irrelevant, it's simply not a rivalry or even a game on the schedule mostly across the board.

I stand corrected. Actually, they played each other in baseball, not boys hoops. I knew that, because I looked it up, but wrote hoops instead of baseball in my post. Senior moment, I guess. Regardless, the point I was making is no different whether the two schools play each other in hoops or baseball. I did see where Naz girls VB played at LT this past year.

Simeon, St. Francis, Glenbard East, and MCC all turned Naz down for this year. Fenwick said no way for their 2017-2018.

Some traditional powerhouses right there. Makes me thankful Montini gets Lake Zurich, Maine South and Brother Rice.

Why do you make a big deal about it. What does everyone remember more that MCHS won a state title last year or that they played only 1 playoff team in the regular season.
