* That was a good SEC football game between two good teams.

* Impressive work from both offenses in the last 5 minutes with the game on the line.

* State has a major problem kicking the ball in place.

* Will Rogers has been hurt the last 3 games and has played about as well as any QB in the country. He has an incredibly bright future.

* Woody Marks is an absolute warrior and I'm so glad he plays for us.

* Austin Williams is underrated by everyone but himself, Mike Leach, Will Rogers and the Academic All American people.

* Sam Pitman is a fine football coach and a class act. I'm all for more of those guys leading teams.

* We can beat Auburn, but may not.

* We can beat Ole Miss, and WILL WHIP THAT ***!!!

Agree on all points but the last one. I shudder to think about Fred Peters covering anyone Ole Miss lines up in the slot. Literally anyone. We can beat them but not with that defense tonight.

He has had injury issues for sure.

I'd say he was borderline a great kicker when he got here. He is a bad kicker right now. Simple as that. It's a big problem.

Bad snap, leaning hold to the left. It was guaranteed to fly to the left. Ruiz might have “willed” the snapper to make a better snap and the holder to make a better hold with a mind meld, but no way we will ever know. Deep snapper succumbed to the pressure of the moment, holder didn’t have quick enough hands to get it straight, and the kicker hit it where it leaned. “Laces OUT Dan!!!”
