1. Head coach that is a great recruiter and has staff that are strong recruiters. Nebraska must have this because they are not located in the fertile hotbeds of Florida, Texas or California. Need to have key staff members with Florida ties in recruiting. I Give Riley a Grade of C+

2. You need an above average coach and Riley is just a good coach.

3. Top recruiting will being in above average QB

Riley will NEVER bring Nebraska back to a CONSISTENT Top 10 Team. He will be one of these coaches where every 5-7 years he has a really good team 10-2 and then the other years just an average to good team

Bingo!! Recruits just aren't going to come. It will be the AA or T-tragic that no one wants and pans out.
