@Brian Hadad and @RobbieFaulk nailed the part about the concerts. MSU takes ZERO chances to push us forward. If the administration and city officials don't have every "T" crossed and every "I" dotted, they will just himhaw around and not do a dang thing. We suffer from paralysis by analysis like no other entity in the SEC. Like you said, just figure it out. Load the cannons, get to 90%, fire, and figure the rest out.

The town that still has clan rallies is more progressive than we are. Let that sink in.
