Sounds like our starting 22 can be broken down as follows:

40% - No proven track record, and we're basically just hoping that they'll do something
40% - Ok players that we really need to take a big jump this year
20% - 4-5 guys that we're pretty certain will be serviceable

All the makings of an absolutely stellar season
