I couldn’t believe McCastland was like “ I like what we are doing offensively, if we keep doing that we will be fine.” Is he high?
Isn’t it weird to see Cal get calls and we were still not able tk buy a whistle on Oweh and Butler drives all year? Hell, we’ve seen split eyebrows and lips be called on us or no calls. Perry and Carr tackled and no calls.
Maybe it’s always been a Kentucky is the evil empire issue and not a full blown Cal issue…sure, Cal made it worse but…seems the media even feels sorry and is cheering for him now to shove it in big bad Kentucky’s face (other than Goodman)

I think what pisses UK fans off the MOST about CCC potentially advancing is that he did NOT try to do that his last 5 years at UK.

That's all it is. I've said it before. I am happy for the fans when they aren't playing us. They felt screwed by their previous coach too.
I just don't see Cal doing much more after this years run. I think he wanted to prove he wasn't washed up. Maybe he did need a change. I have only ever heard good about him when it comes to helping the community while he was here. So its hard to hate him. But I do feel a little slighted seeing him give effort again.
We aren't Ark though and eventually we are all gonna have to move on. In the long run we win with Pope. He has already shown us that. We are getting another trophy (at least) with him. I don't doubt it at all.

I totally get it. I really do. It’s weird. I was there until about a week or two ago. For whatever reason, I just chilled about it all. Now I’m just choosing to remember the Cal I fell in love with. The dude that was the reason I spent HOURS watching a damned live stream of a door for. I hate how it ended and how he was when it ended. But damn, those first ten yrs or so were freaking awesome. And I think that’s where I am now.

If they put game pressure on them, the harsh reality is they are having a real hard time scoring and Arkansas if they hit from outside they won’t stop them off the dribble.
Its unbelievable how lucky Arkansas got this tournament. Then they coupled it with their own hot shooting. Its truly insane.
