Anyone else’s tickets disappear? I got email reminding me to download but it looks like the site crashed.

Would not download after many attempts so I tried to download tickets while on my home WiFi. Like magic it worked in seconds. Downloaded to wallet app just as easy

Maybe it's just me but I downloaded my tickets when they were first available. Why would anyone wait until game day?

lol this administration is the furthest thing from “incompetent.” This is a SITE issue, not a “Rutgers” issue, anyway.
Well it’s the Rutgers app so Rutgers gets the blame. Until they figure their **** out just send paper tickets. I never had problems with those.
Evenue’s server is down completely for all schools that use their ticketing services.

Quick search of Twitter shows same issue at Arkansas and Miami just to name two.

Agree it’s not Rutgers fault. How they handle it is owned by them. If it’s an efficient and competent process, nobody will care. Someone’s job is to have a binder titled “event app goes down on game day”. That binder is probably filled with take out menus and receipts for door dash.
