The problem is that Louisiana-Lafayette, in anticipation of the stampede coming their way, opened ticket sales for the Regional up to their season ticket holders and La.-Lafayette boosters first. Just like that, every ticket in the house was sold in 3,755-seat Moore Field. So, if MSU, Jackson State, or San Diego State win and have to play, say on Saturday night, there currently isn’t a single ticket available for those fans to watch their teams. It is ridiculous, and shows just how unorganized the NCAA can be during big events.
