will apologize for their performance last night. Certainly not Kodi. Is there a leader out there. If this team has class they would man up and take responsibility for their play....particularly on defense.

Tim Tebow knows he's going to be on the field when the game is on the line. Does Kodi know that? Does any player on this basketball team know that? Or is someone else responsible for the amount of time a player spends on the court?

Last night, the Rider head coach said that his team played harder than our team did. Yes, you're right. The players are responsible for the effort they give on the court. There is no excuse for being outplayed on your own court. But, that goes back to coaching also.

On the other hand, Stans said that he didn't even practice offense against the zone during the preseason. Who is responsible for that? The players? I think not.

Last night, somebody said there is more than enough blame to go around. We can point fingers all day.

I like Coach Mullen's approach. When things don't go well, he says the coaches didn't coach well enough. Ultimately, I think that's true. If the players don't hustle, did you coach them to hustle? If you did, then they didn't get the message and your coaching failed. If a leader doesn't step up ... well ... y'all get the picture.
