Agreed on both. Vic is gone. And expecting someone to fill his shoes is futile. That was lightning in a bottle. Won't be replicated. If Jans refuses to adjust, then we can move on.

I don't know about him. He'll sneak up and beat somebody he's not supposed to but this year, 3 40+point beat downs and a 25 pt azz whipping at the hands of your rival. He can recruit, but i think it ends there. Turnovers are still an issue that hasn't been fixed in 4 years. Averaged 15.9 per game his 1st year and are currently 15.6 this year.

The difference between the top 10 womens basketball team and the 11th-25th ranked basketball team is usually double figures. Then its a step down from there.

Women's Basketball is really top heavy. We spent a few years in the top group - the second tier is bad and the third tier and lower is horrible.
