I was thinking the same thing earlier. Muschamp experience makes it a little scary. No clue how this stuff works. Would be good if we set aside a pool of money for incentives the coaches could split. Beat Clemson - $5mil, 10 wins - 6 mil, Nat Title give them Columbia. Then they'll hold each other accountable. Your unit doesn't play well, you messing with my money.

The way college football is now, you gotta pay him. Gotta pay the ST guy for certain. Gotta pay the defensive guy. Gotta pay either Satterfield of Kitchens, whoever the real brains of the offense is. Or pay 'em both, I don't care.

Don't they already get raises if they beat Clemson and get to a bowl game? Unless you're talking contract extension. I would off on any extensions until after next season. No doubt, Beamer is proving a lot of people wrong, including myself. But we lose a ton of players, especially on offense. Many of whom, weren't players Beamer & Company recruited. Next season, we have a favorable schedule and essentially all Beamer recruits. That's when the real test begins.
