1 dozen eggs
1 cup sugar
1 qt plus 1 pint half & half
1 pint whipping cream
10 oz bourbon
10 oz brandy
10 oz dark rum
Separate egg yolks and whites
Beat the egg yolks, add the sugar gradually until thickish and creamy
Add the half and half and booze and blend
Beat the egg whites until they form peaks and fold into the egg yolk mixture. In a separate bowl, beat the whipping cream until peaks form (careful not to turn the whipping cream to butter) then fold into the egg yolk/white mixture.
Concoction should be smooth looking, but thickish
Best to let it chill in the frig for a day…but it’s good whenever. Shake it up before you drank it.
