Boylan has never let a freshman play on varsity. It is safe to say Caleb deserves a shot. He has looked impressive playing with the sophs.

In their eyes, yes he is the best RB in the program. I haven't seen any of these kids play, can't say whether they are right or wrong.

He might already be better then dal santo right now. I think dal santo is out for the year. Cary Grove did it with Pennington, so why can't Boylan, is what I'm thinking.

If the kid isn't going to be at risk of getting injured and can play and make a difference, I would say move him up. At this point, getting to 5 wins is a serious concern.

MC in rare cases has brought a frosh up only during the playoffs. 95 Charles Frazier (btw awesome game with boylan that year in 5A 10-6 in playoffs) , Kopach at QB in 03. Filer at LB 04. If the kid is physically able maybe.MC had a kid up 2 years shredded knee as frosh going up vs seniors.didn't play last year.
