The Titans are a joke of a franchise. They keep thinking if they draft quarterbacks, they'll magically become great. The list of quarterback busts the Titans have drafted is long. You could see what was going to happen this season from a mile away. They needed to trade the number one pick for multiple players or draft picks, and then go out and get a free agent quarterback, such as Sam Darnold or Kirk Cousins, for this season. Use the draft picks or players they got from trading the No. 1 pick to fill the many, many holes they have in their roster. But instead, they go for the flashy quarterback route, draft Cam Ward, and throw him to the wolves. They're lucky they have the one win. It might be their only one of the season. They are absolutely awful.

They’ve never recovered since Tannehill blew it in the playoffs a few years ago

I can’t add much to this other than saying that they treated this offseason like they were 2-3 pieces away from relevance when they needed to treat it like they were 2-3 seasons away. With no clear generational QB in that draft, trading the #1 should’ve been the most obvious move in franchise history, but here we are.

Just a matter of time before they fire their 3rd GM in the last few years

offense, defense, and special teams, that's 3 pieces.

Titans are horribly ran.
The Tennessee Titans are primarily owned by Amy Adams Strunk, who serves as the controlling owner and co-chairman of the Board of Directors.
Here's a breakdown of the ownership structure:
🏈 Amy Adams Strunk: Controls half of the franchise and has led the team since 2015.
👥 The remaining half is owned by:
• Susan Lewis (widow of Amy’s brother Kenneth S. Adams III)
• Her sons Kenneth S. Adams IV and Barclay Adams
The team is held under the umbrella of KSA Industries, which also manages other family businesses founded by Bud Adams, the original owner of the franchise when it was the Houston Oilers.
