Nut up and do what is right. You are the CEO of this organization. You are in charge of all the employees. The VP of Football Operations went out and hired his best friend to be in charge of the Offense Department. That department has generated five years of piss poor results. Not just bad, we are talking about the worst results of ANY OTHER COMPANY IN THE COUNTRY. Now as the newly appointed CEO of the company you have to make a decision. The lower employees (players) are working their *** off. They don't deserve incompetence by upper management to keep them from showing how good their product could be. The shareholders (fans) are sick and tired of investing money into this company and getting jack **** for results. Sit the VP down and tell him that he has to get rid of his friend and switch to a different production method...right now. He is gonna be pissed and yell and gripe. You sir are the boss. You are the CEO. You have the power. You are not Larry Templeton, the former CEO. You did not hire this man, and, by God, you don't have to stand behind him. This all can be done behind closed doors but it needs to be done. Do not let this man bring this company down any more than he already has. Do not listen to the other companies that say our VP is doing a great job and doing things the right way. That is horse ****. They are laughing at us and saying that because they know that as long as we employee him, then they will get the best employees and produce a better grade product than us.
When companies produce something this bad, then a recall is warranted. The employees are behind it and the shareholders are as well.
