Enough of this "Vanilla"/ "Anemic"/ "LOW ENERGY" coaching...that has trickled to every facet of the RU Football team. We need a HIGH ENERGY coach....who is emphatic/ high voltage/ shows 100% passion as it pertains to this tough game of football...and who lifts up/ prepares every player to play at their very best as well as play with tremendous heart. The team takes on the personality/ the heart/ the will of their coach IMO...and this coach clearly needs to be replaced to spark pride and life back into what I feel is "The Sleeping Giant" that is RU Football. You win...you have energy...and the impact is more "hype" for the RU Football Program (for Alums/ Students/ Fans/ & anyone watching)...and better and better recruits...which brings more "W's"...and more $$$'s for the school. Let's not forget the IMMENSE talent that N.J. has as it pertains to high school Football and Basketball players. We need to keep them home!...and WE CAN...with the correct Head Coach at the helm.
