To the folks on here that cry about every single loss we have

did you expect us to go undefeated this year? I can understand being pissed about some of the games we lost, and I do put the blame of those losses on Stansbury and the players. Some of these losses we have had have just come to better teams, and yet we still have the same group of idiots screaming for Stansbury's head after everyone of the losses. So tell me, do you expect us to win every single game we play? Do you ever chalk up a loss to losing to a better team?

we have probably only played 2 teams this year where the other team beat us simply b/c they were better. Im certainly not implying we lost the other b/c of Stans, but LSU and Cincinnati are the only teams that are just better than us.

We lost last night b/c we kicked the ball around far too much and b/c Pearl realized he could kill us with inside so he had 3 bigs in at once. Tennessee is average and put that one out there for the taking last night.

the 2 losses to LSU, and the one to Auburn were to better teams. The one last night was to a team on the same level as us. Ole Miss at home not acceptable along with all the early non-conference losses. Most of our losses come down to coaching and execution. We should not have lost more than 5 games so far this year.

Once again I have no problem blaming Stansbury when he deserves but there are people blaming him for every single loss we have had. Those are the ones that I get a kick out of. Screaming for Stansbury to be fired after losing to a better team is just idiotic

There was only one coach on the floor last night and he was wearing a god awful orange blazer. Look I fully understand that this team has it's limitations but at some point Stans should have reeled in some of these wild threes. With an 8 point lead we didn't even attempt to run a set the rest of the half and it resulted in 4 3point attempts, a Turner jump stop layup, a contested shot from Randy who was one step inside the line, and 4 careless turnovers. Then to top that off the first play out of the half was a Randy fade away 3 with a hand in his face. There's a fine line between relying on the 3 ball and playing red league ball and I think you saw us cross that line last night

...although I do agree with you about our shot selection and ball security at the end of the first half. This team lives or dies by the 3, and we needed to get our shooting rhythm. We got mugged in the second half, and we still stayed in the game by shooting 3's.

My point was I have no problem blaming them when they deserve to blame. I also realize we are not going to win every game and some of these losses I can chalk up to losing to better more experienced teams. That is something that there are quite a few around here have problems doing

in a weak SEC and better teams who are barely above .500 in mediocre and bad conferences. And tell me again how this is supposed to make us feel better about our team?

Its more of the trend alot of us are seeing with Stansbury's teams. We are underachieving and losing games that just shouldnt be lost. We have had one decent season in the last 4.

Hell, you guys want to give Stansbury his "SEC West title" for 2007, but actually Arkansas was the West winner in 2007. They finished 10-10, we finished 9-9 and lost 2/3 to them. They went on to the NCAA Tourney, and we didnt. If you dont make the NCAA Tourney, you are not one of the conferences best teams.

The mistakes are getting old and stagnant. We'll see what next year brings. It is going to be interesting.
