Did you realize that Houston has a week off to prepare for our matchup? Do you think that will help them at all?

But they were struggling with Tulane in the 4th. Tulane pulled to within one score in the 4th quarter.

Broadway is a true freshman. Houston caught a real bad break with Keenum and Turner going down in one game.

Broadway was 19 of 28 for 174yds and 1int. That would be good for a true freshmen in the SEC, but against a Tulane defense that's not very good. They relied on their RB, Beale, who is actually pretty good. He had 123yds and 4TDs. I don't think they will be able to run it on us very effectively and I think they will get some passing yards, but I see Broadway throwing alot and completing less or right around 50% of his passes. I think they definitely need more reps.

It's not like Houston losing a close game to Tulane is terrible, I mean, OM was dominated statistically by Tulane and the offense couldn't seem to do a thing against that stout Tulane D. Just saying...<div>
</div><div>Broadway was close to playing in maroon and white this season, the guy obviously has talent, he has a good coach in Kevin Sumlin and a good supporting cast to assist him through a tough true freshman campaign, so he is not going to roll over. Now, with our aggressive defense he shouldn't do very well because we will blitz like the rain falls in Oregon, but we tend to over pursue so the qb's with legs really hurt us, spies or not. Hopefully we will start to get a few sacks this season, or at least a couple turnovers, this defense was supposed to have more big plays and I have only seen one here and there. We have a very good defense and I like that we have been very sturdy thus far but I sure would like to see more sacking. We are starting to mix it up more though, it got much better against UGA.</div><div>
