Per law enforcement records, Moreno also had identified as Jeffery Escalante in the past, and had prior arrests for assault, forgery, marijuana possession, theft, evading, and unlawful carrying weapon.
Moreno was shot and killed by off duty officers, and the weapon was emblazoned with the slogan "Free Palestine."

A California grandfather was shot in the face and killed while trying to apologize for a minor fender bender in a Walmart parking lot.
Jonathan Mauk, 59, was going to the store in San Bernardino County to run some errands on February 5 when he accidentally backed his Chevrolet Camaro into another woman's car, who was leaving her parking spot.
The vehicle impact was minor - and the woman, Shawntece Norton, 36, was left with a scratch on her vehicle. Norton was tracked down and arrested 12 hours later. She was charged with murder along with the special allegation of personal/intentional use of a firearm.
Yeah… it’s the guns, NOT, the individuals pulling the trigger. (SARCASM)
