Considered a top coach just a few short years ago. I remember when he beat OM in 2020, was on top of the world.

That’s one reason coaches need to move around, especially among the non-blue bloods.

Honestly, I want Lebby to succeed/fail on his own. I’m over having “experienced” coaches in our HC’s ear.

Wouldn't be a bad hire. Got a few recruits from Mississippi, although that might be credited more to Grant Heard

Who are you referring to? Certainly not a former HS coach? One of those is not like to other. There's little comparison between a small time HS coach in MS to the HC of a Big Ten program.

I realize that, but I also want our HC to “own” the team. By all means he can turn over the D to a coach with autonomy, but I want the decisiveness coming from our HC.
