Pitt is 5-1 and Rutgers 4-1, with Rutgers losing only to Cincinnati in their first game and Pitt losing at NC State two weeks ago. Neither team has beaten anyone good. Rutgers has won 4 straight vs Pitt. Interestingly, overall Pitt has won 15 of their last 20 games and Rutgers 11 of their past 12. Could be bad weather--cold and wet, maybe sleet.

I just can't spend a dollar on Rutgers. They give up a lot of sacks and Pitt's D is in the top 10 in sacks.
