Gibson is one of the few people that have had an impact the past couple of years. The defense 3 years ago was horrid. Since he has taken over, the defense may not be the same mid-90's style defense that WVU had, but it's still very much improved. I think Gibson would be, and SHOULD be, a candidate if/when the job was to come open. However, I feel (and FEAR) that he will be a candidate for some of these other jobs, like a Memphis or Toledo. I would hate losing him as a DC.</blockquote>
