Hey, if you're bad at your job, you're not going to be very happy. Bo Pelini is a BAD head coach. It appears YSU is going to prove that.
By going back to his roots and maybe getting batted around; he may destroy most future head coach options. Before he would go to a friends house and be an assistant at an Oklahoma or such; really maintained his options. Not wishing him anything but well; he should be doing the same.
