This doesn't necessarily equate to the 10 best teams in the the state but, it very well could be. To the least, it is an interesting perspective and conversation starter.

Interesting looking at the combined 4A rankings that the entire top ten is almost all East.

That's been the M.O. since the merge anyway, Salem just bucked the trend at the top. You go more than like 3-4 deep in the West in a given year and it gets real sketchy, real quick.

I agree. I also think that there are some teams in the "Top 10" that have no realistic chance of winning it because of the path it would take to get there versus a team that might have an "easier" path.
