The Texas Tech AD is a perfect example of the incompetence of the committee...His comments were not, IMO, consistent with the reality of how games played out and how the season has progressed.
It's almost like they looked at final scores and ranked based on those.
It will always be about politics and bias with that committee. They have about 7 schools to examine and can't even do that right. Even when trends and evidence are supporting contrary to their Old Testament judgments.
So since they have 7 schools to examine and only 4 spots to accommodate 7 schools, is there really any way to get it right to make everyone happy??
