1) Shug Jordan - Whiney ***** started the cowbell issue, he remains my #1 until they legalize them.

2) Dog Brewer - Don't know why, but grew up hating him.

3) Mike Bianco - Rubs salt in the wound, winning in our sport. Goes to #2 if he ever makes Omaha.

4) Tommy Tuberville - Rejoiced too much in King Jackie's failures.

5) Sylvester Croom - While he did a select few good things for MSU, he made us a laughingstock. He didn't even want to be here.

Not eligible: Houston Nutt, for getting Croom fired.

1. Tuberville - never will forget him going for 2late in a blow outand about a minute to go against us while at AU.
2. Phil Fulmer - would have loved seeing him fired more had they not hired Kiffin who is just as big a dickhead.
3. Lane Kiffin - surely karma will strike him down one day.
4. Johnnie Vaught - for giving Ole Miss fans something to brag about to this day
5. Nolan Richardson - reverse racist

Honorable mention: Mark Gottfried, Adolph Rupp, Billy Brewer

1. Tuberville - that smug bastard. I just want to know if the MS legend of him going to Weir, throwing his boots up on the coaches desk and demanding to see Dicenzo are true. I could see him doing that. 98 Egg Bowl was sweet.

2. Phil Fulmer - hypocritical, self righteous, pretentious bastard. If he is not a deacon at a Southern Baptist Church.....he should be.

3. Nick Saban - The Red Room in Tuscaloosa was a revolving door for a decade. Why you got to ruin that for us?

4. Billy Brewer- Obvious reasons. He walked off a loser at Scott Field. Only karma that has ever been served to the opponent at Scott Field.

5. John Calipari - pretentious, scofflaw that was to good for the SEC until UK waved a check in his face.

If he did, I could see Joe Lynn whippin' his ***. Not figuratively, literally whippin' Tubby's ***.

AA - must find out the story

there is no guarantee that i am going to get it exactly right. Tubby shows up at weir high with some asst. coaches. Weir coach wasn't there according to secretary. Tubby and assts. invite themselves to stay in his office and tells the secretary to get the weir h.c.there. Weir coach shows up and tubby is sitting behind his desk and tubby demands to talk with Zo. Words are exchanged and #+@% coaches head to dicenzo's house where they continue to make asses of themselves and that seals the deal for Zo to head to us. There are alot of fillers to this whole story that i can't remember all of.

1. Tommy Tub of ****. - Hated him from the 2 point conversion (Who does that?) in '97 through his years at Auburn. I sincerely loved kicking his *** in '98, then in '99 the epic comeback at Auburn. And in 2000 when we held them without a first down for nearly three quarters. Of course, he got his revenge after that.

2. Nolan Richardson - Like someone else said - a reverse racist. I sincerely believe he hated all white people. Never got as much enjoyment out of someone getting fired.

3. Mark Gottfried - Could not stand that smug son of a *****. The Alabama-MSU basketball rivalry is no more, in my opinion, but this guy made for some profanity from my mouth. 2004 was sweet. Of course the 50-point loss the next season sucked ***.

4. John Calipari - I hope his cheating *** jumps to the NBA soon and Kentucky goes on 10 years probation for their one good year.

5. Sly Croom - Every time I think about him sitting on a golf cart, I get pissed off. The fact that until last year I was really nervous lining up against anybody. I fully believe Croom would have beaten JSU 14-10 had he had the chance.

1. Barry Switzer - I think he's a good coach and probably fun to go have a beer with, but when he was at OU, he was Satan himself

2. Jackie Sherrill - I hated him way before he went to State. But when he showed up in Starkville just in time to avoid huge sanctions at A&M, I thought it was a perfect fit. Who would have guessed he'd do the same thing at State?

3. Todd Graham - personal reasons, but his actions since becoming a college head coach pretty much back up my claim that he is a megalomaniac.

4. Nick Saban - for making LSU relevant. I wish Dinardo would have stayed there forever.

5. Gary Barnett - a little out of the box. Just felt the way he handled things when he saw the writing on the wall in Colorado was despicable. Got to the point every time I saw him on TV, I would literally get sick to my stomach.

Honorable mention: Calipari, Bob Knight, Steve Spurrier (when he was at Florida, I actually like the guy now).

Dicenzo's list was 1. MSU somewhat distant 2. Ole Miss 3. everyone else. He wanted mama and them to come see him as often as they could. Zo routinely got dozens of recruiting letters sent to him from all sorts of schools: F$U, Miami(?), USM, other C-USA and Sun Belt schools, likely a few other big schools outside the SEC. Then of course, everyone in the SEC was sending him letters ...

...

Except Miss. State. 30 minutes down 12 and they didn't write, call, visit, nothing. Zo was waiting. Finally, someone called MSU and told them about Zo.

There was a photo taken from the '98 Egg Bowl of Dicenzo's TD catch and run, taken from the end zone. You can see Tubby in the background with his hands on his head and a look of 'dammit' on his face.

AA - cannot believe he hasn't heard the original story

1. Gary Ward - former Okie State baseball coach (total douche and wouldn't even let his teams shake hands after the game)
2. Barry Switzer - no explanation required
3. Bobby Knight - there are a ton of good coaches that don't act like asses *
4. Nolan Richardson - for the reasons that someone else mentioned.
5. Sly Croom - 5 years of self imposed probation was worse than anything the NCAA could have done to us. If LT was a coach instead of AD, he'd already occupy the #1 slot. The Croom hire alone would also give him the #2 slot.

*Knight does have one of my favorite quotes though. After his son pretty much single-handedly lost a game he made the comment: "Now I understand why some specieseat their young."

You would be wrong. Jackie was never cited by the NCAA. Jackie was long gone from Texas A&M, and the investigation had long been over, when Jackie came to MSU.

Typical reb revisionist history. Ya'll would make Oliver Stone blush.

2. Tommy Tooberville- coached at Mississippi and shakes hands like an 11 year old girl- what I did to his DL coach the year at the Nike Clinic in B'ham right after they accepted the Auburn job is still talked about around campfires

3. Sylvester Crooms- the man was simply a 5 year probation and stole millions from us

4. Joe Paterno- just because he started coaching during the Civil War doesnt mean he shouldnt retire

based partly on his statement after his first game against OM, "I thought this was supposed to be a rivalry." But now, I am glad he is there although a dip in recruiting would be nice.

1. Lane Kiffin-he personifies what is wrong w/ college football;
2. Ed Orgeron-same as above;
3. Bod Davie-only because I have to listen to him broadcast college games;
4. Calipari-personifies what is wrong w/ college basketball;
5. Cutcliffe-but only because people constantly talk about him getting a raw deal at OM and how good of a coach he is.

But Jackie was cited for wrongdoing by Xena, Fat Chuck Roundsaville, Fat Glen Waddle, Fancy Yancy, and the other sterling characters from the Land of Cotton. Richard Barrett didn't care for Jackie either.

I guess we see who you believe.

I never said **** about him personally being cited for anything. But every school he coached at was put under NCAA sanctions right after he left. Pitt, A&M, and State. But keep the blinders on.

Yeah and every schoolJackiewent to was the underdog to the more politically connected school (Penn State, Texas, and Umiss)and he started kicking their butts.

If the NCAA had more than "Doug $20kles" or "keep up the good work", don't you think they would have named him? The NCAA stroked a check for $2.5 million to Jerry Tarkanian after he hauled their butts to court. The NCAA settled rather than take the risk of their vendetta being judged by a jury.

Blinders? I think not. The rebs need to take the sheets off though.

Reverse racism should not even be a term. If someone is discriminates against whites, simply because they are white, then that person is a racist.

the thing I loved about Jackie Wayne was that for the first time, since I can remember, he could go anywhere and recruit where everyone knew who he was and who MSU was..... Maybe Bellard in the early days.
