Top teams in the West for 2016

This is simply my opinion nothing more right now my top 3 teams are

1)GW
2)Honaker
3)PH

This is my top 3 what's yours? Now this could and probably will change before the season starts but right now I think these 3 are the top 3 and I would throw RR in the mix to.

GW certainly, don't know much about Honaker. While Galax loses a lot, Dixon does a hell of job coaching up those lineman and they seem to improve exponentially throughout the season and if I'm not mistaken they have a freshman or sophomore back who looks like he could be the next good one for them. I don't know about PH. They certainly didn't have any issues on offense but defense seemed to be an issue. How much with GW have to replace defensively?

That is a fair assessment of the outlook so far. And we really don't have to replace much for the simple reason we subbed so much so everyone who will be starting this season will have a lot of play time already going into the season. Now don't get me wrong we lost Hardin, Wells, Rosenbaum, Watson, and Dickson all great players and young men but we have more than enough to fill the spots.

How are the Bears looking for this year I know you guys have a stud at QB.

Lost 4 off the oline but have all the skill kids back except one back. Could be a really good year if some olinemen step up. A lot freshman got playing time defensively the last half of the season so hopefully the experience pays off, they work their butts off in the weight room and come in ready to play. Defense could be special. Had 6 first year players starting and were pretty darn solid until injuries and suspensions. But as always one or two injuries and it's trouble. I think the expectations around the upcoming season are higher than I ever remember them being here

Glad to hear it I hope the best for the Bears this upcoming season. Maybe our 2 teams can meet up a lot deeper in the post season this year.

Honaker has got to do a lot of growing up. They have to get in the weight room and really work. If they do that they will be pretty good if not they will be mediocre just like last year.

What does PH have coming back besides Humphries? I can't remember. I'm pretty certain they will scrimmage Bland again this year so I should get to see them early.

GW and Galax. Will be in the mix for sure
