Looks like a solid top 10 to me.

I'm curious to see if the Blues beat Covington resoundingly this week or not. If it's close or the Blues lose then they'll be one and done come playoff time. Then again, if the ratings hold steady with this weeks standings and we get stuck with Galax in the first round it'll probably be one and done anyway!!

I wouldn't bet against PM, play good defense , run the ball , will be a tough out.

I would have agreed with this two weeks ago. But my goodness, James River stuffed the Blues like I havent seen them stuffed for years. It left me very concerned moving forward.

Might have been the best thing that could happen in retrospect. You have to remember that the Blues are a very young team, and all that winning against some pretty good competition had put them on cloud nine. They needed to have their bearings slapped back into them before the playoffs begin. They'll be fine. Depending on their draw, I think they will go a couple of rounds or three into the playoffs.
While I'm thinking about it, I'd just like to voice my opposition to the way they cede the teams for the playoffs here in Virginia. It's very subjective and arbitrary. Last year PM should have been able to go another round or two before they played Alta Vista. IMO, it is better to pair up all 4 teams in one district with all 4 from another district in the first round. It was assinine that last year PM had to travel all the way over to the coast to play an away game in the playoffs against a team that came in third in their district. That's just crazy imo.
