I think most people at least had the jury out on Torbush, but were willing to give him a fair chance. We've given it to him, and he failed.

His defense looks just like Bill Clay's in the days before JLD. No attempt to pressure the QB and EVERYTHING is zone coverage. We have HUGE gaps between our LBs and our secondary and any decent passing QB is going to pick us apart. Maybe our secondary is SO bad that we can't play any man coverage but people our going to methodically drive right down our throats all year if this is the style we are going to play.l

I was saying our defense looks like our 1995 D. Old "Read and react Bill Clay".

But I was hoping that Mullen would hire an aggressive defensive coordinator like a JLD in his prime when he did all of that crazy stuff. Didn't happen though.
