I received some pushback when I said Lady Gamecocks should have waited until today to get Tournebize some run. Well, she got in today and looked much more comfortable. Got a couple shots up. Made a basket. Got a Rebound, and made a steal.

What’s going on with Okot?? She’s struggling w smaller Coppin players, sloppy ball handling, missing easy putbacks, and playing like crap the past few games.
Not being aggressive. Seems to be struggling a little with her confidence. Still ended with 8 Points and 12 Rebounds. Tournebize had a very good stint to end the game BTW. Ended up 3-6 from the field, hit a couple free throws for 8 Points. Smooth shot. Girl going to be alright.
More likely against Coppin State than Texas. That was throwing her in the deep end of the pool and you know it. I get supporting our coach. I supported our coach a couple years back when you were accusing her of not recruiting white players. So, making an honest assessment of what's going is not going against the Coach or the program. I just felt you give the player a better chance of seeing success going against a lesser opponent. That's all.

No I don't have you confused. I have been on these boards for over 2 Decades and have a long memory when it comes to Gamecock Sports and especially Gamecock women's basketball. Unless there was another TnGamecock masquerading around, you are the guy that was a dual LadyGamecock and Iowa fan crowing about Caitlin Clark all the time. Also, going on about how Coach Dawn didn't recruit White players. Once we got Kitts, you got all gung ho. I have been with Coach Dawn from the beginning. So, me saying Tournebize should start playing against Coppin State was not a shot. It's me thinking she had a better shot at success. I didn't want to bring up old history, but you were being sort of dismissive. So, I had to let you know.
One factor i didn't mention Thursday or today was Tournebize's parents were at the game Thursday night. So, her getting in the game Thursday for a couple minutes may have been beyond basketball. In the pressure of Thursday's game, didn't see the human side of it.
