What makes or breaks this deal?

I have no idea about his coaching ability...

but I doubt that we would offer him a co-dc based on his limited experience. I would assume what would make the deal is if we offer him the job and the money is close to what he is expecting.

I see the CO-DC as more of an honorary title. It's like a DC-in-Training. We all know Collins will be calling the plays. But I do agree with his lack of experience. Although he's not seasoned, the title could make up with for our lack of monetary compensation. It's worth the risk, in my opinion, to get someone of his repute on campus.
