Something I’m interested in seeing is buyout clauses attached to revenue share payments to athletes.
The antitrust lawsuits have restricted NIL money from being recaptured through buyout clauses, but the rev share money coming from the schools directly to the athletes, might be a strategic advantage to minimizing potentially your best athletes from easily transferring without coming with a buyout clause.

We already have them. Georgia is suing a player who transferred out right now.
I know, but it doesn’t work the same. I want a situation where if a player transfers to another school, the other school pays the original school the buyout.

A transfer fee like in soccer. I’ve been saying for years that multi year contracts & transfer fees would solve a lot of college footballs problems.
