ESPN has a list of transfers and grad transfers (sorry can't link from phone). I prefer Grad Transfers as it opens up spots for 2017, no sitting out, and you can fill needs for next year. While transfers are not the ideal way to build program, at least we can still add guality players this late in the process for 2016.

I have no problem with Pikiell filling out next year's roster this way. Not many quality high school seniors available at this point. And as you said, he can use the scholarships again next year.
