Brux is the last beer I've tried I really like. Guess it's only seasonal because it's not on the shelves any longer.

Been stuck in a Bigfoot rut for a while. Good rut to be stuck in though.

Looking forward to the fall and winter seasonals especially Sam Adams Oktoberfest and Narwahl.

I keep going back to Ethos IPA. It is delicious. Then again I live in MS where options are still limited. When I read these threads it seems like most of the beers are ones I've never seen here. But I would love to find some more good ones that are available here.

I like Goose Island Summer. Been drinking that one for a month or so. Sam Adams Noble Pils is pretty damn good too. I stumbled onto that one in the Hop Tour variety pack.

I like most of the Goose Island's. The summer is my favorite, but 312 is good, too. I've been on that kick for a few months.

Want to find Strawator. Strawberry is too sweet for me, maybe the Andygator will even it out.

Ah, thanks. Never mind then. I've had Andygator mixed with Purple Haze before, and it was good.

Straight to Ale Monkeynaut IPA, Ballast Point Sculpin IPA, and Brash Brewing Bollocks DIPA. All are terrific if you like bitter IPA's. I get them all in Birmingham.

I was expecting

more Andygator than strawberry, but the strawberry pretty much dominates it. Basically just a heavier version of Abita Strawberry.

I don't know if you live in MS or not, but a few good local brews I've had lately are Pub Ale by Lucky Town, Suzy B by Southern Prohibition, and Backwoods Belgian from Lazy Mag. All are solid, fairly light beers that you can drink a few of.

I don't know how easy it is to get down here, but I had a couple Magic Hat #9s in New York last week and it was fantastic. I'll be on the lookout for it down here

Magic Hat #9 is plentiful in MS. Sierra Nevada Summerfest just hit Southaven. First time I've had it. Fan17ntastic.

The SN Stout is delicious too. I'm not a big fan of magic hat. Drinking Goose Island tonight, along with a local brewery, Blackstone.

Bell's Two Hearted is hard to beat. As I am writing this I am having a NOLA Hurricane Saison which is good. Having a three tap kegerator is nice. No, it's great! If any of you want some info on building a kegerator let me know. It is quite simple.

Thirteenth Hour Stout

Its a Sam Adam's Barrel Collection beer. I normally don't like chocolate stouts, but this is fantastic. They can't keep it on the shelf at the liquor barn in Kentucky and it was sold out at 2 total wine in Charlotte.

If you can find it, try it.

Shiner makes a "Family Pack" that has their Kosmos and seasonal Prickly Pear brews among others. Good stuff, and you can find it in most grocerys.

It depends what you like. The people here have made a bunch of great suggestions.

I'll add Lazy Magnolia's Backwoods Belgian to the list. I think it may be one of their top two beers.

I wish Goose Island's Matilda was available here in Mississippi-- I was hoping it'd be at Top of the Hops yesterday but it wasn't. I had some while in Chicago last month.

Green Flash's Le Freak was probably the best 'new to Mississippi' IPA I had yesterday.
