I was watching the NBA finals the other night and looked up some stuff on Oklahoma City. Population is over 700k and growing at about 15% every 10 years. I had no idea OKC was that large.

No judgement - but how many of you watch SEC Network offerings beyond actual sporting events?

The states of Missouri and Oklahoma have made their decision this century that they are Southern states after all.
Throw Kentucky in there too... They couldn't make up their minds in the 1800's. Now since the SEC started winning all the time, those fence sitters claim to be in the south

Metro population well over 1.4M. Slightly smaller than Raleigh-Durham, bigger than Memphis and Louisville, and a good bit bigger than Birmingham and New Orleans.

If you like a clean big city but are alright with flat land, OKC is a damn good place to be.

I’ll watch it from time to time.

Rally Cap is a decent wrap up show dedicated to SEC college baseball and softball.

SEC Storied has had some good documentaries.

True South is a good Sunday morning “easy listening” type of show.

Except for the fact that it's in Oklahoma

And not to mention they’ve been to just about every SEC school city or “area” except Starkville and The Golden Triangle.
17-them and those two asshats from Oxford and their pretentious!

Better than them doing another show about Oxford.

The episode where John T. Edge visits the grave of his estranged mother is pretty raw and powerful.

Lived 5 years in SW OK and only thing I remember is that it gets blazing hot. Like north of 110 degrees in the summer.

John T is a decent guy who has lots of connections in East Mississippi as well as all over the state. He's done a lot for Mississippi as a whole through the Southern Foodways Alliance and he is a great advocate for MS. If he's a hipster because he's a writer, then I guess John Grisham is a hipster as well.

I used to fly into Newark for staff meetings and drive to Somerset. When I stopped at curb markets on the way you would think you were in the south sans accent. And the accents were more Midwestern than Northeastern. Not what I was expecting after spending time in New York and Boston.
