I admit I don't know all the rules of our government. But if possible to censure Trump for putting forth an unfounded lie towards the working government (at the time), the congress needs to do it. Of course they won't because that will doom the GOP and power is all they care about. But all this crap has to be driving Ryan and McConnell crazy. Their jobs is impossible attempting to put forth legislation in this environment.
