In doing so he is defining a new 'culture War'. The Left thinks he's against women and minorities, but Trump is choosing a different battle field to defeat them....Americans & love for the Country.

If you carefully listened to his inaugural speech, the Press distorted his words, but he was clear about the parameters of the battlefield. Depending on which side you're on, you either clearly heard him, or totally missed it, or at least misunderstood it (Media)

Interesting take here on what the Left doesn't yet understand:

Nothing really new there. It's kind of what we've been saying for a while. Liberals went to the ISM well too many times and now they're unable to make an impact with their shaming. They keep trying to fight the last battle while the GOP is creating a different war that their not prepared for.

Trump's strategy is to divide and conquer the old Dem coalition (and by the way, the old GOP coalition). His message is primarily economic and revival, a populist message (The Forgotten Man). He is betting, correctly I believe, that if he restores jobs and GDP growth of at least 3.5% annually, he will peel off the old rust belt Dems for good. His abandonment of TPP and renegotiation of NAFTA will peel off even more union households. If he restores energy (coal) and ensures fracking legalization, he will peel off those workers and unions. He he secures the border, the peels off those women concerned about security and the men and women concerned about the lowering of wages. If he gets the $1B infrastructure spend, he will win many union friends, inner city friends (that would benefit in a big way because of Trump's focus on inner cities) peeling off minority votes. If the uses Federal resources to bring down crime in cities like Chicago, he gets even more minority votes. If he deports gangs of illegals, more inner city votes. He is gets lots more charter schools in inner cities, school choice programs in inner cities and across the country, he peels off even more Dem constituents.

These women are focused on one thing, abortion. They can claim a bunch of other things, but that is the key. They wouldn't even let pro life groups sponsor any of the walk on Saturday, so powerful is the abortion lobby. This is a losing message in this time of economic upheaval and security concerns.

This can't be true, one of the organizers is pro Sharia Law and pro ISIS.

This is all HUGE PAX! I posted the other day about his outreach to inner cities using public non profits and other community based groups to merge with venture capital to create job training and new business ventures for small minority owned operations. This will be tremendous if he is also able to integrate this strategy with everything else you've outline in your post creating more jobs.

The Left has no answer to this dynamic. Black people want jobs, not handouts. Democrats have been promising them economic opportunity for more than 2 decades and they have nothing to show for it. Charter schools, lower taxes, and jobs will make a permanent dent on the Left's hold over the minority vote.

And Democrats will be left holding the empty bag when those Blacks start voting their wallets for more of what Trump is offering.

It's fact. Prove me wrong. I have already attached materials, including her own tweets. Libs just won't accept reality that goes against their core beliefs. The Teamsters were very, very happy with Trump yesterday. The UMW is very, very happy with Trump. The Laborer's International will adore Trump when he approves Keystone. And think of all the construction unions that will love his stimulus.

Why do you think he met with Jimmy Brown? With Ray Lewis, even Kanye West. And Martin Luther King, III. He need their ideas and their influence in starting programs to create jobs, improve education, keep families together, etc. A brilliant strategy.

As you I and posted last evening, the Great Society of Johnson starting the mid 60s' has simply not worked. We know the root causes. Trump needs to attack those roots and develop programs that specifically address them. Hand outs don't work. Paying women to have more babies doesn't work. Keeping kids in failing schools doesn't work. Force housing doesn't work.

What do the Teamsters and unions have to do with you claiming one of the event organizers is pro Sharia Law and yet the event wouldn't let any pro life groups walk? Your "evidence" was a picture of her holding up a #1 sign. Now quick, change the subject again.

Absolutely correct. The Left doesn't realize this yet more and more Blacks are finally seeing it so they are receptive to Trump's message. They just need to see results. Vouchers & Charter schools are already wildly popular in inner cities, but Democrats, Teacher unions and the Left block them.

Incidentally, the Media is not reporting on how much support Trump has in inner cities. They (Blacks) are at least willing to give him a hearing (Martin King III, Steve Harvey, among others) have opened that front and established a dialogue with Trump that Dr. Ben Carson, Mia Love, Chicago Attorney Brunell Donald-Kyei, Congressman Allen West, and a host of other influential Black leaders will be joining in this outreach to get out the message of economic self sufficiency and sustained advancement through expanded job creation.

Trump's got an excellent plan, and unlike the Left's failed income redistribution schemes, this one will work.

Yes, and the Media called it all just a "photo op". Trump just trying to prove to everyone he's not a racist.
They clearly are being outflanked by this man and they don't even realize it because they're so wedded to their "racist" ideology.

Cool. Blacks aren't as stupid as they think, and Trump's got their ear. The Democrats and the Left are in trouble with one of their most reliably consistent voting blocks.

You're the one that inserted her into this conversation, not me. And obviously you're entirely too lazy to read her tweets. They're easy to find. I posted several expressing support for Sharia. And those tweets were in addition to her ISIS sign supporting tweet. Nice try.

Did you hear that loon on Rachel Maddow yesterday, lol. Go ahead and support her. It will only further prove my point.

On friendly lib poster on this board that wants you to only think the way he decides you should think must be really upset. These black men that Trump met with are not on his liberal thought plantation any longer. He is losing his thought slaves.

Yes, they're "meeting against their own interests" with him don't you know? Just as our beloved poster accused me of doing in casting my vote for Trump. (voting against my own interests)

You know PAX he has never explained to me what he meant by that remark, and I have asked him several times to explain himself.

Crickets.

He can't explain. Because how can he possibly decide what is in your best interest if he doesn't think you capable of deciding on your own. And if he thinks you can't decide on your own, they clearly you are inferior. An extremely racist comment.

But I think many, many libs feel the same way. It is called the racism of low expectations. And you see it everywhere in society.

Did I watch the Rachel Maddow show? No. I have a life FFS. You posted several screen shots of her supposed account with no direct links to the tweets in question. It's pretty simple to post tweets in the new forums, even 82 figured it out. Logies for not trusting the Gateway Pundit.

If I were to argue for him (just for argument's sake) he'd likely say I voted for a "racist" who hates Black people.

So OK, let's just say he's correct. Why then would Trump offer us (them) anything? We hardly voted for him, are not his constituency, don't even support him politically.

Why offer school choice, enterprise zones, low cost capital, job training, business development, infrastructure investments, and a host of other outreaches designed to increase self sufficiency and improve education along with job opportunities in inner cities?

He hates Blacks, why not just tell them to go to the Democrats?

It was a racist comment, and the OP is too racist to realize how racist that attitude is just as you've correctly pointed out here PAX...he is so busy insisting on Trump's racism to even notice his own.

Sad.
