Do you actually think Byrne would hire Tubby if they had no plan for an offense that works? Tubbs had problems this season and fired his OC during the season. Meanwhile people were singing crooms praises while sticking with his guy 5 years. Tubbs record speaks for itself and Byrne ain't dumb enough to hire him if he thought the offense would be similar to crooms. Neither would I.
