Does Dudy Noble have a drainage system under it. I know Scott has the drainage and pumps, but didn't know if Dudy Noble had anything.

Does it have to do with the sports that are played? Excuse my ignorance on the subject.

In 1971, thanks to the generosity of the late E.B. "Dutch"?McCool, a former MSU?baseball player and one of the founding fathers of Holiday Inns, Inc., MSU took the lead in the Southeastern Conference with the installation of a lighting system. The advent of night baseball in Starkville helped build a solid fan base. A drainage and sprinkler system and an expanded scoreboard and animation-equipped message center, new batting ranges and an infield tarp became the stadium's next improvements.

I thought I remembered last year during the whole Polk/Raffo/Cohen ordeal, David Murray talking about it being a prime opportunity to clear out the drainage system since we missed the post season. I have no idea either way though.

I have no idea either. Just thought I remembered him commenting that since we were in limbo with searching/hiring Cohen, we missed out on a way to get it done in time to have the field back in shape for fall ball. I could be way off on this.

Yes there is a system and it drastically needs to be upgraded as their are constant problems i have been told.
Not to mention their are spots in the outfield that are uneven because of the last shotty job done on it.
