These hires this year are strange. Dooley and Gill both had their yeara year ago not the year they get the big job. Gill was a hot name last year due to the Auburn job and Sir Charles. Dooley was mentioned with our job butwe would have felt the same about our offense except the guy in charge would be thinner. I doubt that he was even a canidate. I have not been this excited about where we stand.
