After averaging around 10 turnovers per game over our first 13 games, in our last two contests we’ve had 16 (at Iowa) and 15 (Indy).

I hope it’s not the start of a trend. The way we shoot the ball we can’t afford to give up possessions.

yeah agree we got away with it last night because Indiana was even worse than us. With J Mike we might have to get used to a higher turnover right than if Noah was playing more but I will take that risk

Yes, JMike has had an uncharacteristic 7 turnovers in the last two games but he also scored 20 points and grabbed 11 rebounds combined against Iowa and Indiana.

If he gets back closer to his previously stellar Assist to Turnover ratio, while maintaining his recent scoring and rebounding, he’ll be a big part of any success we have going forward, especially with his defensive efforts.

We almost caught up to Indiana in TOs

Davis was doing well early with assist to TO rate. It's early in the B1G schedule still so I'm confident he can get back to taking care of the ball better

If we can't shoot efficiently, we can't also turn the ball over a lot. We need to value possessions
