While I can't specifically answer your question as to the cost per sq. foot, I might be able to help you in another way......

I was working for a company that was launching a green field facilityjust north of Columbus in the Hamilton, MS area next to the former Kerr-McGee Chemical plant, now known as Tronox......

We had the erecting steel and metal building completely purchased and the company decided to cancel the project.....

In Hamilton, there's15 acres of steel and metal just sitting there....I'm sure the company iswilling to let it go fairly cheap.....They've written off the loss by now anyway...Been there almost 3 years now just sitting there and they are paying monthly rent on the property and it's costing them a pretty penny......

If you think you might be interested, PM me and I'll give you more details and some contact info........

53’x105’ (5,565sf) steel building and erection includes 6-14’x14’ doors and 3 walk in doors $182,565.00...equates to $32.81/ft. There were a few other things in the building, so that might be a little high for what you are doing.

were a little "above" being called a true bulldog. They made sure to have their Ole Miss cups out at tailgates, made sure to wear their faded Rebel hats, etc. I never understood why they were at MSU studying business....when pressed, they always pulled out the "my family has always been rebels.....well, you can transfer. I guess I would call them "Former Bulldogs" since now they are found in the grove every fall saturday instead of the junction.
