Yeah....and just being able to copy and memorize plays that other groups do without any of the nuance and precision by which those plays work is just plain stupid. It's like a tone deaf guy singing with a quartet, and after the song is finished he has no idea that he's the probem with the ****** sound. I mean...he sings...they sing...it's all the same right? Just way out of his depth. He should go be successful at Akron or somewhere and prove himself...and earn this position. Utterly ridiculous hire
