A RS coached team cannot defend against perimeter ball screens (SUCK)! Of course it wouldn't be an MSU bball thread without the "dreaded zone defense" (that still confuses RS after 12 seasons at the helm) comment. Still nothing but street ballin'!!!

I think if you check our shooting percentages we did pretty good. I have never in my life seen so many folks who are really upset when we play good. We played good tonight and Wright State shoots the ball very well outside.

We lose tonight. We don't attack the rim, thus we don't go to the ft line enough. Teams like UK, OM, and UT (very athletic perimeter players) could really exploit our offensive weakness.

Ky attacks it because of Wall. We are doing what we do best. If you watched us practice you might understand but maybe Hubert is right, but we played very well at the end of last year just like this and Kodi is not great at driving off the dribble nor is anybody else if the teams sag back on Jarvis. As long as they play us this way, we will have to make the threes.

Entering the game we were 7th in the country in offensive efficiency. Pretty good for "nothing but street ballin". But hey if only Stansbury wasn't such a !%$!%+% moron I'm sure they wouldn't be so pitiful on offense. I mean 7th. Jesus thats awful.

In summary, shut the hell up until you have some clue what the *$%* you are talking about.

coached, unathletic team and won by 12. We played 4 on the perimeter and 1 in the post just like we did with the small line up last year, no difference. We are shooting the 3 well, but we are going to get run out of the gym when those 3's aren't falling because we don't run any set offense that gets anyone the ball in the paint unless it's JV. JV doesn't have the offensive skill set to carry this team on a cold shooting night. By the way, I don't give a damn about what they do in practice, because if they can't do it when it counts then it's mute.

Look Mr. Badass, let's see where we rank once we start playing some teams with the equivalent talent level before you start telling people to shut up. "Stats are for Losers", ever heard of that tough guy?

We were 12/25 from 3 pt range. 40% would have been 10/25 or two less made shots. 40% means we only win by 5 instead of 11.

This is not to be an ***. It's just to show that it's not like we just blew the roof off the Hump and got a luck win because of hot shooting. We're 41% from 3 for the year and made a couple extra shots to get us to 48% tonight. Really nothing out of the ordinary.

Oh, and mighty Ole Miss is about to lose to UTEP by the way.

Edited to say that I really hope I didn't say this ^^^^^^ too soon

I don't really give a damn about brawling, you can have that stupid *** shed all to yourself. That number is adjusted efficiency, its already adjusted for opponent strength. So with that said, I don't need to wait and I'll say yet again shut the @@$* up because you still don't know what you are talking about.

Yeah I have heard that. The only people who ever say it are the ones who have just been proven to be completely wrong when the stats don't back up a single word they are saying. When you have no argument at all, all you are left with is "Stats are for losers. Harhar tough guy".

But didnt we just win the game tonight???? I thought we looked good, Wright State is a solid mid major team who has some excellent shooters. As for defending off screens, I thought we did a great job vs DePaul and UCLA, the only difference tonight was that Wright St was knocking down some shots plus they had a big man who could step out and knock down the 3 as well.

I'm very calm but just tell me who else you would get the ball down to inside? None of them have shown they can score or make a move in there. Kodi looks uncomfortable in there and so does Osby. Lewis is still learning. So while you folks theory is fine, we haven't shown we can do those things very well. If we shoot 40% or better from three point range most nites and play defense and rebound, we will be okay.
