The OL basically tackled Powell on the play. Seemed like a hold.I guess we won't find out if he's available for the OSU game until two hours before the game in two weeks.
I don't think he returned to the field after he got hurt.
Don’t think so. Saw Fletcher getting snaps thereafter. How about Bailey? Did he come back?
Dixon came back.Dixon too, did he come back after his injury?
Didn't see him.Did Walker get in at LB?
Just watched post game, think he said maybe more than a week. Well we have 2 weeks so hope it’s enough time. But you never know about injuries especially this early.Schiano hinted in the post game that some of the injuries may be more than a couple of weeks- let's hope not.
Thank you.Powell returned & played, he was wearing a black sleeve on his right leg,I was at the game& I am positive Powell was back in the game
This - I’m sure he’d love to have everyone for OSU but I doubt we play anyone whose only at 70% or so for that one with Iowa coming up.Just watched post game, think he said maybe more than a week. I agree with that. This - I’m sure he’d love to have everyone for OSU but I doubt we play anyone whose only at 70% or so for that one with Iowa coming up.
I don’t think so. Walkon Hinspeter was playing LB in Q4.Powell returned & played, he was wearing a black sleeve on his right leg,I was at the game& I am positive Powell was back in the game
Was he wearing #22 because #22 was playing at the end of gameI don’t think so. Walkon Hinspeter was playing LB in Q4.
The poster above just said he was at the game and he returned. I’ll take his word for it.I don’t think I saw Powell return. I think he took a head to head from an IU OL. Possibly concussion protocol? I thought I saw Bailey return. Loyal was definitely in after his injury.
Yup Powell was backPowell returned & played, he was wearing a black sleeve on his right leg,I was at the game& I am positive Powell was back in the game
Listening to the radio broadcast, it sounded as if Jamier Wright-Collins was the first one in for Tyreem -- but then he was ejected on a review call (didn't hear that a flag had been thrown on the play) for "targeting." After Jamier's ejection, as TRU2RU wrote earlier, Timmy Hinspeter (a second-year linebacker from Don Bosco) came in and finished the game.Didn't see him.
Or Powell after he got hurt.
He was wearing #44, but Fletcher was out there wearing #12. As someone posted, the radio guys said he did not return. Was he wearing #22 because #22 was playing at the end of game
That's the way I saw it.Listening to the radio broadcast, it sounded as if Jamier Wright-Collins was the first one in for Tyreem -- but then he was ejected on a review call (didn't hear that a flag had been thrown on the play) for "targeting." This ^^^^. - @Richard Schnyderite - what's the scoop? That's the way I saw it.
Surprised Moses Walker wasn't used instead of Hinspeter.
Watched the replay. As he ran off the field after the injury, it looked like his left arm was pretty much motionless on the side of his body. Hope he is ok and can play vs. OSU.Check Tyreem’s IG story. He’s wearing a sleeve. Shoulder injury?
Yeah i thought he was cramping BUT possibly a slight pull?Bailey #23 was back in with a black sleeve on right leg.
